Doctor Bank on Play Store

The web app is built for phones. Open Doctor Bank in your mobile browser and everything works: sign-in, PDF upload, the chat, the dashboard, and downloads.

   Open the site in Chrome

   Go to the Doctor Bank website on your Android phone.

   Open the browser menu

   Tap the three dots at the top right.

   Add to Home screen

   Choose Add to Home screen and confirm. You'll get an icon you can tap like any other app.

• Download the fillable PDF to your phone first so it's easy to find in the upload picker.
• Find the completed PDF in your Downloads folder or the Files app.
• Use a PDF viewer to check the form before you share or print it.
